Moderate carbs and no cutting water!
For non assisted BB I agree... keep the carbs low/Moderate and keep pumping the water right up to going on stage.
don't cut your sodium out either, just keep it stable (2g a day)... 1 or 2 slices Pizza 30 min before stage for the extra sodium (to increase blood pressure/vascularity) you'll be ready to rock! Good luck
