speaking of my diet/my skinny ass, even if I sometimes think I eat alot when I eat icecreams/pizza, my daily calorie intake must be too little because of my allready fast metabolism and I never count calories, I only count my carbs and protein intake in "so so" manner.
Think I eat 200g carbs a day and maby a little some, and as for my protein as long as i eat atleast 150g protein a day i don't count my protein intake, it can go even higher than 200.
I train every body part seprately, I've just started to mix chest/biceps etc to get an extra day off from training and I believe in dorian/ronnie training style.... train for 5 years or so
