Until they list the percentages of each individual ingredient (and are honest about it), we can only speculate about ratios, etc.
The liquid shots may be even more effective for building muscle than the powder – who knows?

While it was “hidden” on the label, guys thought they were gaining solid muscle extremely fast on this revolutionary protein powder.
Without complete/verifiable information/facts, it is often important to consider anecdotal evidence supported by real world experience.
Bench is a big dude – been playing this game for a while – and he’s reported some significant gains after using the stuff.
That certainly makes it worth a try in my book.
