Steven Seagal has reportedly been accused of sexually assaulting and trafficking women in a lawsuit by a former employee.

Kayden Nguyen, a 23-year-old former model, was hired by the actor as his executive assistant last February, entertainment website TMZ.com reports.

Nguyen claims in the suit that she discovered Seagal kept two female staff members on call to satisfy his sexual urges.

"Mr Seagal had been keeping two young female Russian 'Attendants' on staff who were available for his sexual needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week," TMZ.com quoted Nguyen as saying in the court documents. 

Nguyen alleged one of the so-called attendants had quit and it was actually this role that Seagal wanted her to fill.

The former model claims the Under Siege star began treating her as a "sex toy" from her first night on the job.

Seagal tried to touch her breasts, pushed his hand up her skirt and down her pants, court documents said.

Nguyen said she complained the next morning but nothing was done.

Seagal continued to assault her and at one point forced her to consume illegal pills, Ngyyen said.

Nguyen said Seagal told her, "My wife wouldn't mind if you and I had a sexual relationship."

But Seagal is not married. His last wife was Kelly LeBrock, who he divorced in 1996. 

Seagal is yet to comment on the allegations.

Nguyen is suing Seagal for US$1 million ($1.07 million).
