What kind of pose is that though?
How hard is it to just make a normal bodybuilding pose without fucking it up?
That's why I think that unless you're a bodybuilder no need to do any poses at all. Just stand somewhat normally and show what you look like in everyday life like if you were walking on the beach or pool or just around the house. Unless, of course, you go around flexing your muscles all the time. You don't have to flex for someone to access your shape and condition. In fact, a lot, or most poses, tend to hide your true shape and condition.
