I believe it comes down to calorie in versus calorie out (Adonis/Wavelength Diet), I also believe different foods affect your metabolic rate differently (speeding it up or slowing it down).  All you have to do to over come this is to readjust your caloric intake weekly or so based on the amount of weight you lose.

Anyone disagree with that?

I think we're actually all on the same page here and don't realize it...
Sounds pretty reasonable and based on science to me.

Of course you can get ripped on regular food and without fatburners.

Correct. If you are consuming extra protein, extra fat, and extra carbs, or simply extra in any combination including Keto, you will not lose fat. However when you ad nightmarish quantities of caffeine, yohimbe, aspiring, ephedra, clen, etc. the game changes because your metabolic rate is enhanced. So, if you were maintaining at 3000, now you are maintaining at 3300. Most bodybuilding diets start out at like 2900 calories and reduce as time goes on, however they still focus on extra protein and food timing due to the misunderstanding and misapplication of hormonal responses. If the glycemic index were the be all end all, we could simply eat 5000 calories of all low GI foods and still lose weight, yet NO ONE IS ABLE TO DO SO!!

It is misapplication, broscience, as well as taking advantage of what ever anabolics you are on that has made this crap applicable to everyone.

I mean, I will see someone who is 210 take months to get down to 180. They do hours upon hour of cardio and deprive themselves needlessly. This is the sole reason guys walk around looking soft year round, since getting lean is this hard chore akin to having sex with a gorilla when in fact it is an easy task like making love with Carmen Elektra.

And someone do an IP check on me and prove I am not Adonis or anyone else.

Where is your refuting evidence to disagree with this? How could you possibly disagree that a balance diet containing all of the essentials for muscle growth/fat loss would not be desired?

No one is saying to eat doughnuts all day, every day, but you can effortlessly include them in your diet and still be doing better than the poor guy eating over maintenance, doing hours of cardio, and trying to use hormonal responses as the buffer.

your wrong, naturals have been getting ripped on processed food and minimal protein forever.. shoot, go back 75 years and you had a huge population of extremely shredded individuals who ate nothing but bread, water, and whatever miniscule particles of food they could get their hands on.

its only a matter or calories in Vs. calories out

nothing more or less

you folks are missing the point

it's not about fatloss or better said weightloss

the 2 retards claim they get ripped on regular tasy food

THAT'S the big issue here

100 years, bodybuilders struggled eating bland food. Here come 2 young geniuses who "prove" they get ripped on regular food  ::)

both of them lie and are full of shit. YOU canot get ripped on regular food and without fatburners PERIOD.

both of thm lie and make up shit to gain attention cause they are attention whores who wanna feel better about themselves ona message board.

don't forget to post your pics adonis and wavelegth..lol

adonis will bullshit forever but will never debate connelly...

getting ripped is not like gettting huge. walk around a big city for a day and youll see a hundred or more guys visibly lean enogh to have ripped abs..   there are millions of people across the globe who have ripped abs and never once followed a diet nor spent any time focusing on training their body... its called active lifestyles with low food intake..

walk around the same big city and you MIGHT see one massive dude. if ur lucky. being massive is something that absolutely requires dedication, hard work, and drugs..

Any pics of that "huge extremely shredded population" from 75 years ago?

Starving people never get shredded. The body first gets rid of ALL muscle mass (as muscles consume the most energy), and still keeps a certain amount of fat depots. Hardly any Auschwitz prisoner had visible abs. They are seriously underwight, but still have a belly of visceral fat. Same goes for sahel children, or your "super-shredded population" from 75 years ago. ::)

of course the Jews were not athletic looking. but they all lose tons of weight. and without fat burners

the point remains  :)

(the Jews would have bee very shredded and athletic looking with visible abs  had they been fed a small portion of meat every day)

The factor that is being overlooked here is that they were being starved, and none of them worked out.

If you are reasonably lean (under 16%) and you want to cut down, you have to make very small decreases in calories, like 3-500 a week until fat loss stops. If you have a higher bodyfat, you can make a larger decrease, but only like 1,000 or more if you have a lot of fat, like over 30% or something.

You still have to monitor your own metabolism, and you still have to watch your training. This is where most people screw up. If you gained all that muscle and now you wanna cut up, keep training hard and heavy. Keep the same volume and frequency for as long as you can.

The light weight/high rep stuff is fine if light only means like your 15 rm or something. If means arbitrarily dropping weight so you can do 25 easy sets, that is stupid and a recipe for muscle loss.
