This is what makes me laugh about bodybuilding. All the "clean" food, meals, cardio...I'm sorry it's all bullshit. What is your DRUG STACK Steve because it's those and your response to them that is getting you into contest shape. It just bothers me that nobody is honest about what their on and how much they take. Who cares if this is a public forum, we are talking bodybuilding and that means we are talking steroids and growth hormones. And if you ever tell us about your contest prep stack, then tell us the truth about your dosages.
I could do that (to talk about those things) and for example in Hungary you can do that...but here in the States is different. At first the laws here are much more strict. Second...bodybuilding here is a huge business. And if that's your life (like mine) then you wanna make money from that...as much as possible. And nobody in this industry wants to work with an athlete who is always openly talking about steroids. Nobody, especially the supplement companies... You have to understand that. I'm not a jacked gym rat from the local gym. I'm a professional athlete with a contract. I can't and I don't want to talk about all these things.

If your last meal is at 8 pm and you get up at 2:30 am then assuming you actually get to sleep at 9 pm that's only 5.5 hours of sleep. How are you able to recover and grow with so little sleep? Are you able to nap at all during the day? Getting enough sleep is part of your training.
Usually I can sleep 6 hours per day but in two parts. Of course that's not enough. But right now I can't do anything to solve that problem.

how much do you spend per week on gas driving 40mins to work?
About $250 per month. But of course I have to go to many other places as well not only to the gym.

Steve, hope your prep is still going strong!  Will you be in NY to watch the NY Pro?

Have you ever trained around an injury during your contest prep?

Thanks, I think it will be great contest prep. I'm trying to do some new things in my diet I have a very good advisor.

Injuries? Well nothing serious. Just sometimes a little knee or lower back pain.

Unfortunately I can't go to NY but I'm very curious about the results.

Great pics Steve.  keep up the good work.

one question.  you have a great head of hair!  Seriously, how do you keep it all?  I know genetics are 99%, but do you use any preventative meds like daily rogaine or finasteride?

(serious question).
you are gay.

keep training hard and stick to that diet man... you have a phenomenal body, you need to come into a few shows in a row with freaky conditioning to force the judges to take notice. you have the potential to be one of the top bodybuilders on the planet, not just one of the top in the 202

Steve,

Good luck bro I hope you do well! Question about your last chest exercise in the videos. I've never seen that type of variation of decline flys. What do you feel is the difference in performing the exercise in this fashion rather than just a traditional decline fly?

Well, honestly I already lost plenty of hair. I had much more about 7 years ago. It's still OK but yes maybe I'll have to use some medicines in the future to prevent additional hair loss.

Of course it's a different exercise but I think it's also much better. It gives you a much better strech and a much better pump. Usually I do it as a last exercise or in a superset with another exercise. Let's try it next time in the gym!

Thanks man!

This is the hardest contest prep I ever started and I hope it will work! This is the first time I'm (really) working with somebody. Although Milos helped me a lot in 2007.

11 weeks out and I'm already hungry all the time. Maybe I should sneak in a kindergarten to steal some cheat meal. LOL!
