diet doesnt work for me
It just doesnt fill me up, just makes me want more food
But thats probably more to do with my personality/make up.....if there is a tub of icecream, why eat some when you can eat the whole thing?
atleast with vegetables and chicken it wont tempt me to eat more junk food, because im in the zone broskie
