Adding a caption to one of these pictures:

This morning I went to sign my Dogs up for welfare. At first the lady said, "Dogs are not eligible to draw welfare". So I explained to her that my Dogs are mixed in color, unemployed, lazy, can't speak English and have no frigging clue who their Daddys are. They expect me to feed them, provide them with housing and medical care, and feel guilty because they are dogs.

So she looked in her policy book to see what it takes to qualify. My Dogs get their first checks Friday.

Damn this is a great country.

Dr Chimps. just saw you recent post and gotta comment on it,

That picture of the shaved cat looks just like Sunny will be looking as soon as it gets too damn not here in LV. We shaved him a couple of years ago and he got super pissed off and embarrassed for about a week and then he got over it.

That picture looks just like him when he first got shaved.

Real cat owners say that all cats get embarrassed when they get their 'clothes' shaved off.

I'm looking forward to see how he reacts in a couple of weeks.

There's a market down the street from me where they have dog carsasses hanging on chains and dog legs you can eat like drumsticks.

We had a bunch of black puppies that were born on the front porch and the next door neighbors did come over and had them for dinner. We didn''t find that out until a couple of years later.

Then someone told us that black pups are a big delicacy in the Philippines.
