Week 1-10 500mg test (250mg shot Mon, and Thur)

PCT (2 weeks after last injection)
week 1 - 4 25mg clomid, or 20mg nolvadex (No need for both. You can run clomid anywhere from 25mg - 100mg choice is yours. The less you can use the better).

so far pple in this thread have said wait 4, 3, 2 weeks until pct and use nolva/clomid or just 1 or the other lol

who said 4,3,2 weeks after last shot.  Always two weeks. Make sure ur diet is in check.  If your only gonna take clomid for pct make sure u have nolva on hand just in case ur nips are feeling lil tender.  And make sure you have everything on hand before u do ur first shot.

Look at the half life of the test you are using. That is an indicator of when you should start PCT
