I told you before that you need to lower your weight down under 75 and compete on the category,, but you were not listening to me, and see now what happens, you are 74.5 and looking your best ever.

Moreover, based on the amount of fat & water left in your body, I believe you can even reach 69Kg and compete on the 70 category while being SHREDDED to the bones and extremely dry!!

Best of luck bro, and you had better take it home this him

Only a little thing, I think Cataluña is not the best bodybuilding spanish region.... I bet for Andalucía... sorry
