All I can say is when your 280 in the gym and pumped, veins comin out, muscles flamed up, that's when the difference in weighing 280 big and strong pumped in the gym movin weight, anything below 260, the difference is evident, the thickness, the size, the straitions, veins, and pump of muscle, is not even comparable....until your 285 jacked up you will never realize the difference...only when someone like galeniko or ukjeff will ever understand is when they are in gym an someone 285 290 who's been lifting for years will come In and blow the doors off the gym and then they realize their just working out in theory, and not in application bc 285 and 220 is not even in the same fucking universe.
