Thank you! I have always wondered this and have always gotten smart ass remarks.  :)

sometimes (in normal league games, where they only use a couple or so kids) you get the odd team mascot being a players kid. but mostly local kids are used.

Needless to say im fucking pissed off. Fans had every right to boo the team off after that, I don't know what Rooney was complaining about, wasn't like he even turned up for 88 minutes of that game anyway...

interesting final round for the group tho...could be anyone going through.

I dunno - the way Argentina are cruising they are on target to win it like I said before the World Cup started.

Brazil will up their game and Holland are doing fine too. Spain should recover as well. Italy are still no pushovers either.

Things will have calmed down and it'll be the usual bunch come the quarter finals.

12 Jun   Argentina   ARG   1:0 (1:0)Summary    NGA   Nigeria
17 Jun   Argentina   ARG   4:1 (2:1)Summary    KOR   Korea Republic

no real challenge yet.  let team move past their group.  alot of teams slipped that first game out.  argentina could have easily finished 1:1 with nigeria.    in recent matches they have been manhandled by dunga's teams.  as i've said dunga's brasil can play defense with anyone given he has molded this team like a euro squad...not allowing any space 30-35 yds in while argentina still plays the finesse south american game.   brasil will pay a price down the line for having MICHEL BASTOS or a downhill-ish KAKA in their line up vs now FIT RONALDINO cause Dunga wanted it to be his team in a selfish way.  by the quarters you will have to create with pin-point passing (Ronaldinho's passing guaranteed them penalty kicks in the late rounds) vs strong defenses.  The likes of Mexico n Angentina will go by the way side.  maybe england and zidane-less france will fall but italy, spain and germany will recover.

anyway 06-20 the Samba Momos back in action.
