Bodybuilders guest posing - NOT PAYING TAX?

Many want CASH in hand, is it safe to assume that nobody pays tax ON these guest posings? I would hate for some disgruntled schmoe who didn't get what he paid for, a blowjob to contact the IRS and crush there tax free cheating ways and not stop there, by calling up sony BMG and many record companies for copyright infringement using there songs

I recall PJ Braun saying that he requested his guest posing money via PAYPAL on off topic radio a few months ago, he also stated that evan centopani got paid cash.
