PWTorch.com recently reported that 3 of the 4 charges Jeff Hardy is currently facing have been dropped. However, ThePilot.com is reporting that is NOT the case. District Attorney Maureen Kreuger told The Pilot that Hardy's "charges are still pending." She then added, "In fact, a new one has been added." It was also reported that Hardy is due back in court on July 3rd, however according to The Pilot, a new court date has yet to be set.

I still have a funny feeling that he'll get maybe one charge and it will be a simple misdemeanor. Community service work.

Of course they'll reduce the charges/sentence.
They fear the wrath of Hulkamania running wild on them.
