And you post other useless shit not pertaining anything even close to training or even a sport, fuck, MMA or not at least it was sopmewhat related to training and a sport. My point was is a holes move they don't think should be on here and leave shit that definatly shouldn't be on here...your calling the wrong person a hypocrite son!!

Go to Alex's site. As much as I like GB it's just so, so sloooow. It's become abundantly clear that nothing is going to done about it. So while I'm waiting for a page to load on this site I started going over to Alex's site. All the people there are from here and more and more are coming over. And it's lightening fast compared to this site.

It took Ron years to develop his fan base here and many are invested here. But if you keep taking people for granted they aren't going to take it forever. Well, some are.

I don't mean financial investment. Some have been here for years and years and feel they have no where else to go and just put up with this crappy board performance.

One of the points of posting on Alex's board is that pages actually loads.
