No, do some research.  they certified a Certification of Live Birth, not the long form BC, that Beach Bum probably has, along with all other actual citizens.

The BC stuff is not a joke.  I think Obama was probably born here, but there are tons of issues surrounding the BC, and even 240 agrees that it is shady.
