If Lee wanted to be screwed over, and have customers of his product being screwed over, he could have stayed with the previous manufacturer.
When he decided to change manufacturer, he also decided to change the name of the company to make it marketable worldwide and not just within Australia. This name change was based on the fact that it is early in the company and can be done now, rather than later when it is more established and known.
This will give the company a more edgy "feel" ... thus making it more appealing to consumers.
By making these changes, it will now allow us to expand the merchandise available.
Not only will there be supplements, but this gives us the opportunity to market clothes, jewelry, training gear, ect.
The consensus here, is that Lee is not smart enough to make business decisions. However it would have been stupid of him as the owner to stay with a manufacturer that is unethical. It would have been even more stupid of him to piss off prospective customers.
The company is still in existance, just under a new name. And it will be expanded worldwide by the end of the year.
