There was a thread on this on the Nutrition Board a couple years ago.  The stuff just cures in your intestine so you wind up with shit jello.  Looks impressive and disgusting but all that shit would have come out in 24 hours anyway.  If you're not shitting right then alter your diet and drink plenty of water, which is easier and a lot less gross.

Furthermore, there is plenty of research and evidence about the subject, and the outcome is clear: there is no way in hell to prove any of those claims what those ass diggers has pull out from their anus.
