because they also go to a gym or use free weights at home. Dont be an ass parker, you know it.
I know of some dudes who do not. They can't afford it. So they work out in the parks of Baltimore...
Knew a dude built like that in College. Nigerian dude who did 250 diamond push ups a night...had a sixpack...

I have never done them that way, but Charles Staley and his crew always come up with some cool innovative (but not crazy) stuff. That definitely looks like something I would try.

there was a fit-trail in bootcamp that we used to run some days.  It was sooooooooo much better than just plodding along running in formation.....yuck....ha ted that garbage.

wow business genius!   of course most people can't do pushups, bodyweight squats or whatever russian invented power movements there are out there that I suck at as well.....for more than 45seconds, but hey if you build it they will come!
