1st - I robbed Milos Sarcev's Koloseum Gym...by taking one daily deposit around 10:30 pm and took at home to deposit next day as somehow my partner kept forgeting to deposit ANY money for weeks...

2nd - I slapped illegal alien I fired 5 times who still works in my place of business as she punched me from behind with fist...so severe I dropped the bag I was holding...I was assaulted yet - charged with assault?! Now, how does someone wants to hurt anyone - with open hand slap (or with punch of any kind?)...my slap was warning...

3rd - child endangerment? I am my daughter's ONLY PROTECTION and YES by being arrested I put her in danger...I'll take that...

4th - domestic violence - NEVER...

5th - terroristic treat? I called DA office as I've heard my pretrial date was moved from 19th of July to either 15th or 16th...as per my TRO - I could not contact my wife, daughter...place of business or home...So, after I asked my lawyer if he could be so kind and find out for me if it is 15th or 16th - considering he is at that court daily - I would greatly appreciate it...Instead he gave me a phone number of DA office.
I called and after 5 times pronouncing and spelling my name with lady X not understanding me - I gave my Social Sec Number and DOB...

Later that day I was called by detective from Fullerton-PD - claiming I threaten Lady X to do XYZ...still don't know what exactly...and that was my 350 K bail...

6th - during arrest at the Court House - with my daughter in Court Room about 20 officers were there to make sure they manage dangerous criminal (me) as I was possibly trying to fight...As they were pushing me - I unlocked my knees so I would drop and show everyone I am harmless - but they kept me up...Only thing I asked was IF I could see my daughter...and as they refused to call her I yelled her name twice - that was my complete guilt...

7th- As detective on my case was very well aware of my AORTIC DISSECTION CARDIAC PROBLEM, with extreme anxiety and claustrophobia - he managed to do exactly everything to put me in position where my heart would give-out...details I am leaving for more appropriate times...but statement that was no accident I was treated the way I was - is exclusively as they tried to get me so worked up my heart would have give out... Any medical expert could tell you that...My dear friend Kris Dim was saved by a miracle...as someone immediately took him to the hospital. Pocket in Aorta IF torn due to high anxiety situation I was put in - would leave 6 to 8 minutes for me to be on surgical table in order to live...You figure yourself...

What's more - As MY ANGELS - Nicole and Karen Acker - did manage to bail me out after a week or so in Central Jail...(where I had more stories to tell)...I immediately went to Fullerton PD to file complaint to both - officer who arrested me first time and Detective who arrested me second time...yet I wasn't given a chance...At least I wanted to tell the story and ask if I could record my testimony - but wasn't allowed (hmmmmm - go figure?)... Milos is always innocent of all charges. It is good that he has posted here and explained his situation. Next time perhaps we can get some light on why he is in the shithouse with Milamar. I am in business with my ex and it looks like Milos is heading that way.

Sounds like Milos got too excited by events and this led to his arrest. I have been slapped and ill treated by some angry women but I never hit them back. I have a brother who doesn't hesitate to retaliate if struck by a female. We weren't there so can't judge this saga. Sounds like Milos is in a deep hole at the moment and unable to do much. Not a good situation to be in. I don't like lawyers and would hate to have to get them to assist me. Stay out of courts and hospitals is my advice.

Never ever talked to the cops/police etc. Keep your mouth shut at all times and only have your lawyer talk. The problem here is that you think you are smarter than everyone else. And that's what got you where you are. Cops are promoted by the amount of arrests/tickets etc they have. Why would you want to give a cop your your testimony? Thats silly. It would be twisted and used against you. You don't want to believe it but you have to be red flagged considering your occupation.

My suggestion-- Get back on Nassar's good side. Have Nassar bang your wife again every which way but Sunday and get her to incriminate herself about you on tape.  If it the tape is illegal, have someone outside of America host the tape and flood the interweb with it. Maybe even pay Nassar some extra dough to make another sex tape with her.

When the police arrive and you don't think you have done anything wrong of course it is natural to get upset. The emotional anxiety never helps dealing with these situations. However, it is easy to comment when you are not involved. I can see how Milos got himself into trouble. Imagine being in your own gym and trying to make sure money is deposited to pay the rent but you are arrested for taking money. What it indicates to me is that Milos has lost control of what goes on in his gym. When I look at the Koloseum web site it is clear that Milamar is heavily involved in how it is run. Not saying that is bad, but how in the hell can a gym owner get arrested like he did? Something doesn't add up and this is what we don't know. How on earth did Milos get into a predicament where the rent wasn't being paid. What the hell is going on there? The gym is supposed to be open and running so something isn't right.

I honest to god so hate females and the bullshit they can do when they are vindictive for something they felt you did. Heck, you can get into the doghouse just because they feel you don't love them enough.

I don't advise that anyone should get married. If you insist then make sure everything you buy is either yours or hers. Never buy property together. Make sure you bloody well have the same dreams or it will not end pretty.

Milos must be a great guy because he forgave his wife for indiscretions. That is their business and I can't throw stones at anyone for adultry. When you don't get what you want at home it is easy to justify getting it elsewhere. I have no idea what the problem is or was in the Sarcev home so I am not suggesting that Milos had an affair or anything like that. One doesn't need to be a genius to know that Psychology isn't a hard science. When you read the literature the conclusions are a study 'indicates and suggests'. There is never the correlation you get in chemistry and physics. Humans beings are too complex to precisely know everything about them. How are you going to measure thoughts, attitudes and feelings?

Freud and the psychoanalysists were all discarded when the philosophers of science pointed out that there was no way to test their theories. When you cannot test a theory it remains outside science.
