Is doing Intense cardio on off days counter productive though? i mean for Muscle growth?(total novice like)ed - well i say intense, i meant prolonged.
i currently run 6-7 miles on my off days for work.......it helps a lot.....not counter productive at all....mon-gymtues-runwed-gymthurs-runfri-gymsat-runsun-offbench
Leafy admitted he was doing zero cardio on his contest prep. I bet that wouldn't work for most people. Any thoughts?
