congrats  Matt!  now chain yourself to that squat rack for a year and win the lightheavy and overall.  the legs looked great this year lean, but they show the potential for a couple inches more size.  not belittling your win, that's awesome, but i always said you're the getbigger that'll go pro.

agreed.  Your shoulder width has improved and that makes it very obvious how much you can still pack onto your frame.  Keep at it broham.

he's a small LHW, can got up to 188-190, compact enough to beat a taller guy at 198.  anyway...at least he is moving forward now.  as noted...he has the best structure of anyone on her competing hands down.  like him or not.

Why didn't they give each weight class a pro-card??? Are they telling guys if your not a heavy weight or super heavy you don't have a chance being a pro even with the 202??

I think the lightest class at Canada's to win a pro car is the middle weight.  I don't know me winning my pro card at 170lbs in my opinion im just not at the pro quality level ie muscle density hardness, and size etc.  Another 15lbs and i would def love to compete in the 202 class.
