Fat distribution patterns vary greatly. The girl has a small waist but her ass is most assuredly fat. Do you think its muscle? You can tell by the cellulite if it isn't common sense that that ass is not muscle, therefore, its fat.
then that would go for most women...my point is, that woman is not fat, and if a doctor would call her fat, then he would be surely mistaken. I was told once by a doctor that due to me being 175 at 5'5 that i was overweight, according to the bodymass index...yet I had a sixpack and was 2 miles on the college track each morning at 5am..Yeah overweight my ass...
Back to the girl, she is not fat and probably could do cardio all day long, black women, and for that matter black men, of West African and S. African descent tend to hold fat more in the glutes and tend to good glute development , which is the reasons why Flex , Melvin, and Jojo have a hard time getting lean, and why Shawn Ray, Ronnie Coleman, etc have big asses during the offseason
