Radio Shows - Waynes World Basement Style of Bodybuilding

Is it just me or do most of these shows seem like Wayne and Garth in there parents basement putting on a radio show.  I've listened to Heavy Muscle radio and Off Topic a few times and am amazed at the lack of content.

Heavy Muscle radio is Dave Palumbo and John Romano on a phone from Mexico.  In the last program John was disconnected three times and Dave had to do the rest of the show by himself.  Usually half the show consists of Palumbo complaining about how hot the flight was to his most recent BB show.

The last Off Topic I listened to Carl interrupted with the new flash that Sweet Capri was doing the dishes.  I don't even know who this Sweet Capri person is.

Dave and Arron, if your listening, please improve the quality of these shows.  As it is now almost nobody could listen to these two hour shows.
