Light Weight Baby!!

Hello all, i'm new member on this forum. First of all my info:
Weight: 75+kg
Height: 167 cm (before 4-5 months)
Gym experience: 2yrs

From tomorrow i will start cutting with this program:
But for my nutrition i have 2 options but don't know which one to choose:
1) follow nutrition principles from this program
2) Start with this diet:
Mon,Tues,Wed: 50gr of carbs after training
Thurs, Fri: 100-150gr of carbs
Sat,Sun: 2-3gr per kg carbs
I only wrote how much carbs, proteins 2gr per kg and fats 0.5gr per kg every day.

So, i would like to hear your opinions and advices for my plan.
I know i should start cutting earlier but there are reasons why i didn't.
