1st of all I KNOW these are not going to be scaled perfect but I believe they are fairly accurate.
I think if Kai can come in incredible condition he has the best chance to knock off Jay but even that may not be enough.
Most of Kai's pics are from his most recent contest - Australia 2010
I used Kai's front lat from the AC 2010 and the 2 back shots from
Australia 2009.
There were a lot more pics to choose for Jay from the 2009 Olympia.
Anyway, Let's here what you think.
Do you think Kai has a chance to knock off Jay if Jay and Kai are
both on?
Let's say a 2009 Jay vs. a more heavily muscled Kai in his 2009
Australia condition.

Between these two it's a toss up...It all comes down to conditioning. Virtually the same size.
Jay has the advantage in shoulders and Kai in back.

Are you serious? Look at the side chest? Jays chest sucks compared to kais. Look at the lat spread. Kai is making jays back not look so good.

his Conditioning was VASTLY improved and the balance between his smaller right, and large left side were dramatically improved

it doesnt matter if these improvements can be attributed to drugs, or hany's site injection knolwedge or gear-hookups......the fact is he improved

it wasnt only that he had batter gear...............

That's true. I would say that Jay still has Kai for size, at least for the time being. So if they both come in with great conditioning I would say that Jay will place ahead of Kai. However, if Jay is off while Kai is on, Kai could/should place ahead of Jay assuming fair judging. Jay still has enough size to beat most of his competition even if he is a bit off, but at the point Kai is at now, Jay has to show up in top shape to beat him. It is close and quite possible that Kai will be ahead of Jay very soon.

Jay just turned 37 and I am unsure of Kai's age but he is at least 35 and they have both been competing for over 15 years so I can't say that Jay is more likely to burn out sooner. In any case, they are very close.
