What was your overall conditioning like 1 week post binge factor, compared with competition day?
Overall not as dry and the fine details like quad striations obviously went, but I still had good abs, separated quads and delts.
I was a lot fuller as I followed a terrible diet and only carbed up for one day.....but I was a teen and obsessed with coming in shredded no matter the cost to my size.
The week after the comp really acted as a massive carb up after I depleted my body for around 10 weeks whilst doing insane training/CV sessions.
Looking back a 2-3 day sh1t load pre contest would probably worked great for me, I may try this when I compete again as I know how to control my bodies water retention much better now.
