According to the "anti-users" yes. But then again, they really should be minding their own business instead of being bitter, jealous, self-righteous idiots.

so are they saafe

All drugs have effects and side effects which vary from person to person.  It isn't a yes/no issue.  Surely you know this already.

If you're a healthy adult and are using for bodybuilding purposes, then the drugs can only be a detriment to your health.  Who can say to what degree.  Surely you know this already.

Steroids used properly are unlikely to produce any life threatening effects. However, I don't think it's a great idea to use thousands of milligrams a week for extended periods of time. There is some evidence to suggest that the heart can be negatively affected by large steroid doses. Many bodybuilders from the 70's and 80's have had heart surgeries or heart attacks..and many you've never heard of. The steroids cause the LDL and HDL levels to be thrown off. For a temporary period, this is no big deal..but prolonged imbalances in these levels leads to dangerous plaque build up in the arteries. The kidneys , through various mechanisms (including high blood pressure)can be damaged by excessive steroid use...and of course the liver can be strained, especially if methylated orals are used for a long time. Prolonged use of steroids will definitely cause a lowereing of your own testosterone, which sometimes never returns to normal. Most guys now say, "Screw it, I'll just go on HRT." But when you are in your 20's and you need to take test just to function normally, you probably have to look forward to also taking ancilliaries like HCG, Arimidex, Proscar to combat test sides...for life. This, in my opinion, is not a strategy for optimum health.

Being a bodybuilder will allow you to be healthy while abusing steroids because weight training, the clean diet, etc will counteract the problems.. The problem is guys like powerlifters who are more abusive than bbers half the time when it comes to AAS and dont do cardio, become obese, rarely get any excercise because of the few reps involved in powerllifting training.

I get your point, but i don't agree...

Most serious powerlifters take care of their health and make sure everything is in check. I've been lifting since i was 13-years old, using AAS on/off (low-medium doses) since 20, now i'm allmost 26 and have seen the differences between bodybuilding and powerlifting drug usage and lifestyle. Powerlifters i know use moderate doses of basic drugs and seldom if ever take anything exotic like: t3, diuretics, slin, prostaglandins, plasma expander's etc. not to mention the rec. drug scene. Of course there are extremes on both sides, but in my opinion generally powerlifters are healthier.

Not so sure about that... they are probably healthier than bodybuilders (not saying much) but still love their high doses of halo, tren, suspension, etc. Not to mention combining that with alchohol, shitty diet, etc.

Nothing really bad but the sides I noticed with T were decreased sex drive, delayed ejaculation and less satisfying orgasms, increased aggression, and for some reason I would get a wicked headache on the last few reps of any chest exercise (probably erythropoiesis).  Coming off was emotionally sucky.

Speaking for myself..no. I've been on and off since I was 16 (too young IMO thinking back) and I'm 48 now and NEVER any problems.

atempted...attempted

I wouldn't say failed.  I put on 35lbs in 2 months.
I saw how easy it was, then realize...this shit is for tools.
So, decided to put on 50lbs of lean mass using zero drugs.

You show some respect clown.
Maybe consider asking me for training tips and not making bad jokes, then you'd have a chance at gaining half what I did on your own stud.

My desire for sex correlates 1-1 with how long it's been since I last ejaculated.  What can I say, I'm a guy.  Stopping sperm makin' meant less desire for me.  Others may differ.  Hcg makes me a grunting hump machine.

STEROIDS ARE VERY HAEMFUL, IF USED WITHOUT CONTROL OR CONSULTATION. IT HAS VERY BAD SIDE EFFECTS ON ALL BODY ORGANS, SPECIALLY PROSTATE, LIVER, KIDNEYS, BRAIN, BLOOD VESSELS, HEART, AND OTHERS. I WAS HAVING  A VERY CLOSE FRIEND DIED DUE TO OVERDOSES OF STEROIDS.
