Grew up close to my father. Had started to percieve my mothers behaviour a few years earlier so had cut emotional ties. There wasn't really any fallout, polar opposite personality's and if i don't have shared interests or see decency in someone i don't talk to them.

I think there may be genetic memory in the family, she was very similar to her mother and my sister is almost her clone, even though she had zero involvement in her upbringing.
