Phenom Labs, has this new one called "Brawn"....  I've never been a fan of the natural test boosters, but honestly this one is pretty good!  And yes before anyone says anything, this is the company i'm sponsored by!

Vitamin D increases testosterone levels. You can get vitamin D for free from the sun. Have you noticed that you are hornier in summer?

Also spending more time asleep at night correlates with more testosterone levels during the day.

This D Aspartic Acid stuff seems interesting but expensive.

So I got mostly positive feedback from a few wellknow members on bodyspace, thenaturalone, steve78, koncrete.  But it seemd here I get mostly negative feedback?  I guess its one of those thing I cant take others words for, will need to see if they work for me.

In the study that's referenced (footnote 11), the subjects were rugby players who took only 450 mg of Trib a day. That ain't enough to do JACK. Most people who've used Trib (including myself) who've reported good results use at least THREE TIMES AS MUCH as what this study prescribed.

Plus, the study didn't cite the percentage of saponins. The consensus seems to be that, unless it's at least 40% saponins, the Trib supplement is worthless. The ultra cheap ones go as low as 12% saponins. The more expensive ones go at 80%.

The most economical one I've found is Vitamin Shoppe's Python ($10 - $17, depending on bottle size). It has much more than just Trib; but its Trib has 40% saponins in it.

Wow! So after reading topics on this site like  "the natural limits", all the layne Norton topics! Am I to believe that I can neither gain muscle nor can I get shredded or have visible abs naturally? It seems if a person is GREAT shape then it's because of drugs? Is it even worth me trying to gain 10lbs? Or am I just waisting my time?
