All kidding aside, I eat McD for breakfast 4 days a week, I grab wendys burgers 2x a week...and of course, chik fila also. I simply cut out sweet tea and soda, and got abs pretty quickly. I do cardio 3x a week for 10 minutes. 2 protein shakes a day, and very hard training with weights 4 times a week. I can't break 185 no matter how much I eat.
