I actually started this thread about bis, not the whole arm or tris. Short peaked vs closer to the elbow and full. Although, one can have a extremely short bicep insertion like Kamali and have effed up bis as a result.

In terms of biceps, Ronnie nudges Priest out, due to Ronnie having  double peak bis, which is rare---Boyer Coe, Marko, are among the few. Melvin Anthony shares a destinction of having  even rarer biceps. One of his biceps has a double peak and the other does not.

And I stuck to the topic and didn't utter a word until the fanboys started making blanket statements and it's not double biceps just split

I had noticed that Phil's biceps are like Sergio's or Levrone's--- slightly...which begs the question, which type of biceps "looks" more impressive, and which are good for a "volume" look?

Peaked biceps like Arnold, Robby Robinson look cool, and double peaked biceps like Ronnie and Marko look even freakier. Biceps with their insertion closer to the elbow, resulting in less peak, seem less "impressive", but allow for more muscle volume it seems. Examples of these are Sergio, Levrone, Phil, Dillett, Dorian Yates
And then there are the ones who are in between, these would be Flex Wheeler, Melvin Anthony, Larry Scott, Eddie Robinson.

So which one to you is aesthetically the best, or what seems to be the best in terms of gaining mass?

this picture clearly illustrates how his forearms are not in proportion with his biceps/triceps and how shitty his lateral head of his triceps are , best arms in bodybuilding history yet among the shittiest side triceps ever lol great logic you said something about incredibly stupid?

you directly compare where his forearms insert compared to Lee Priest it's analogous to having high calves while Lee's insert low neat his wrist , his lateral head which is paper thin and lacks that classic horsehorse  shape like Priest or Leverone , now the balance through the entire arm complex it's apparent to people who aren't so biased and quick to overlook things who has the more complete and better arm and it ain't Ronnie

You're funny assuming bigger means better. you just admit they are lacking ' defined outer head ' then right after that claim they're not  does he have among the best triceps of all-time? As ever, ND has to take a great positive thread about biceps and turn it into a dig about Ronnie's triceps, posting bad pics when he knows there are good pics too. Then posting pics of Arnold, as if he didn't have the exact same strengths and flaws. Ronnie's tris in the front double biceps pose look extremely good. Not as good in the side triceps pose, but then many people with "great tris" lack the separation of the inner head from the biceps like Ron has. It's apples and oranges, but as far as this thread goes, Ronnie had/has great biceps......queue ROcketman posting a pic of Ronnie off-season tensing his gut or something
