The only thing that matters is caloric intake. Eat less calories than you burn and you'll lose fat. A calorie is a calorie.

No, you will lose weight, saying that you will lose fat gives a false impression.

But isn't this inherent in all weight lost diet?

some people bend with there backs hurting there backs, some squat low to save there back and pick a strawberry

people with deskjobs rightfully so dont have an idea of the physical toll on the body it takes standing all day
I`m thinking more on the wrists carpal tunnel and all that shit. It`s true though conservatives and other fucks talking about, other people lazy when they themselves don`t do that kind of work are out to lunch.
Doing real hard labour, take 10-15 years off your life. Compared to something that works at a desk job and still works out.

I've done one hard labor job in my life and it was working for this guys landscaping business when I was 14 for the summer...It was my first job...It was hard work and gave me a sense of pride but I knew I wasn't going to be a blue collar guy but I respect the hell out of them...

Apple picking is not that hard, all you have to do is shake the tree and apples fall off. At least that's what I do when I get apple's from my relative house, so I can make Apple pie, or fried apples.

And don't they have a Apple Shaker machine or something....it just shakes the trunk of the tree?

apples are picked and put into 20 bushel bins .. they hold around 800 lbs .. not 2 Ton .... they use a bag that holds just over a bushel and they get paid $10-$25 a bin ... on a good day they can pick up to 30 bins ... there's hardly any apple trees that need ladders anymore .. most are grown on trellis' and stay under six feet tall

there's three different catagories of pay for apple pickers .. the fresh fruit gets paid more .. that's the ones that go to grocery stores and have to be free from any and all defects .. they have to take the time to look at the apple before they pick it  .. the process type is mid pay range and they need can be done a little quicker but still need to be free from decay and bruises .. the lesser paid is juice apples that are sold to make apple juice , apple sauce and cider .. they can even come off the ground and be half eaten by rodents .. so keep that in mind when you're eating applesauce and drinking cider :)

you can't shake an apple tree .. the trunks are too brittle .. cherries are shaken off when they're harvested

pickers are out in the weather from sun up till sun down and unless it's pouring with lightening they keep going and going .. they essentailly cover the same orchard 3 times ... in stages .. it's hard labor and it's very rare to see an American in any orchard unless they're the owner ... migrants are even shipped in from Jamaica to fill the demand for workers that are needed

I wouldn't mind living on a farm for a month and live off the land...I think it would give me a new perspective on things and I'd appreciate what I have alot more...

didn't know that...

But, my relatives have a HUGE  Apple tree, I just shake a limb and huge ass  apples fall...bigger than what the stores offer. They are the favorite of deer. My parents have a Granny Smith Apple tree, that I shake the limbs as well. These trees are never really trimmed back, so they grow to enomous sizes.

Granny Smiths are sour .. they're an old variety for mainly pies

Some apple varieties can grow huge ... as big as a softball when left to grow .. the longer they're allowed to grow the better the flavor is too .. each different type has a different maturity rate aswell .. they won't fall unless they're really ripe .. most all of the apples in grocery stores are picked before peak ripeness and stored for almost up to a year .. if it's not close to apple season you can bet that the apple is from storage and not really freshly picked

Deer are a big problem for orchards .. if they can't get fruit they start eating the trees themselves .. farmers have a special hunting priviledge to control the damage from them it can be that bad

just a small family of deer can wipe out an orchard in a few days .. cause enough damage that the trees have to be cut down  :-\

this is quintessentially the property of weightlifting and striving to attain new muscle abilty

dont be scared, all confidence will be gained with superior energy from kale pancakes and apple cider

meat can hold one back because it is primitave energy food. Kale , collards, turnips have been around much longer before animals and had to breath life into living beings long ago. without plant life nothing exists

What????!!! Dude, are you constantly on crack and psychedelic shit? Your posts never ever make any sense and it seems like you are drugged out of your mind lollol.

2 tons = 15 dollars?

Average weight of an apple is 150 grams. That means you would have to pick around 13000 apples to get 15 dollars.

Great job  :-X

Seriously... like I always say, some people were just born to be ditch diggers and do general labour for $8 an hour

thankfully when you're intelligent and went to college/university you don't have that problem :)
