The WBBF (out of Lithuania) can award their title to who ever they want.  But they've only been around a few years and it is wrong for them to claim any connection to the NABBA contest that has been held every year in the UK since 1950.  The NABBA universe is the one that Arnold won.  The WBBF Universe has no relationship to that contest.

SCAM! Mediocre circus artist has bought himself the title of  Mr.Univers the pseudo bodybuilding federation of Lithuania.
