I thought it necessary to start a new thread about this topic even though it is somewhat of a continuation of the Phoenix Project thread I started. The difference here is the MONARCH:New Phoenix Project has been updated to today's time as opposed to its beginnings in the 60s. There is a tremendous amount of info here on the individual people involved in this program that essentially looks to perfect and utilize MIND CONTROL on people and whole nations. This particular book is down right frightening in that this is really happening...this is not some Steven King horror book...THIS IS REAL. This programming may explains all of those suicide bombers that suddenly appear wherever the US military goes: Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, India, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia etc etc.... This book even gets into the individual government personnel who are running these programs and how they are pedophiles, satanist, Luciferians etc etc...twisted sick Mother Fucks who run americas programs.
Hugo there is some more info on Aquino in this book on page 31, but I will post more specifics on him in this thread. BTW When you go to page 31 (Chapter 6) don't look at the PDF pages at the top look at the actual page numbers on each page. The PDF and pages numbers are out of synch.
