No shes not to dumb! Presidents are suppose to be dumb, so they don't feel guilty for turning on their own ppl You can just talk them into almost anything. If their smart like Lincon and JFK you end up having to shoot them. which creates bad PR leading the public to ask questions they have no business asking.
