Great job..Your legs look very separated and lean..overall good proportions. On the double bi shot, I'd work on trying to flare out the lats more while doing a bit of an ab vacum...if possible. But overall..great!

it was huge - 140 competitors I didnt get on stage until 11:30pm - and we had to be there at 5pm show even started late cause 50 people were waiting outside the show sold out before it even started big props to Pat Valentino, Mike's brother, guy did a GREAT job backstage and is one of the best guys to run/MC a show |

thx everyone arvilla....240...means alot yeah I did but I honestly would like to go to nationals with some kind of win riding on my back - I plan on revamping my conditioning and working with a trainer this time - I want to work with Quincey Roberts but hopefully we'll see |
