Those are female doses  primo is shit under 600mgs and isnt cost effective , 200mgs may give you gains but 500mgs is the starting dose for BB purposes , stana is shit visualy unless you are at 10 % and under but is decent for power at higher bf % . if you are making a claim that you are better than most of the guys on here you need to back it with pics with proof that its you.
