the lack of healt care legislation and "talk" of cap and trade policy would have created job....how?
bush tax cuts are moot because we've had them for the last 7 years (ten if you want to start counting from 2001), we have them now and it seems we'll have them for the next 2 years

ok so businesses like to plannnnnnnnn things, who knew right?
if they dont know what their health care costs will be as many expect them to go up b/c of the bs health care bill or they dont know what their energy costs will be b/c of a possible passing of cap and trade. It makes those PLANNNNNNNS that we just talked about much much harder to make.
BECAUSE they dont know how much they will have to spend on such thing, if for example they dont know whether their health care costs will be 1 million or 2 million dollars a year how do you expect them to make plans? take on new projects?
hire new employees more importantly? when they are unsure of exaclty how much they will have to pay for said employee?
the diddling of bush tax cust is whats important here straw, they could have been extended a year ago, 2 years ago in order to assure businesses of what there tax liabilities will be instead obama chose to chase agenda yet again and play with letting them expire....again how are businesses supposed to plan when they do not know what their tax liabilities will be?
