Some of the most retarded commentary from Fox included in that but overall good compilation.

I won't say what I really want to say, it wouldn't be very popular.

Fucking Euro trash sissy's rioting because they actually have to pay for something. I suppose the Brits are slightly more noble than the Greeks though. Tripling college tuitions is a lot more of a grievance than losing your jobs for life and mandatory month long summer vacations. ::)

This is pretty much what I was thinking when I saw the story yesterday.  Talk about a sense of entitlement.

Why won't anyone tell the truth to these college aged morons?   That being - they were sold out all so that the worthless fith could get free shit.

The feel good socialists and leftist communist scum and filth imported hundreds of thousands of lazy, wortheless, do-nothing, angry, hands out 24-7, population of muslims and immigrants who are all on the dole and on the health system.

Guess what - there is no free lunch.

But I'm sure these idiots will blame "capitilism" or some other bogus straw man argumnt all because they are too timid to face the truth.

No different in this country BTW.   We are heading there too.

It's easy to sit back and criticize these people when you come from a system completely different than theirs.  Lets have a look at it from their perspective.

Having grown up where a system is in place that allows you to attend college at no cost to you only to have it go from zero cost, to $5,000 then triple that.  How exactly would you feel about it?  You wouldn't be too happy if we had a system in place like that here and all of a sudden you are expected to pay out $15,000 a year for something that wasn't going to cost you anything before, would you?

The way they have it set up is that the students won't have to start paying anything back until they start making at least $30k a year, so it's not all doom and gloom per se, just not something you can expect people to be happy about.

The same could be argued for democracy.

True.  That is why rome, while a repubvlic lasted so long, and why the founders were so smart to form a republic and not a direct democracy, which always ends up quickly in chaos.

Yup, anyway, I do feel a little empathy toward the students, but that's just the facts of life these days.  Things are changing around the world so better get used to it.

Doesn't change my opinion.  They shouldn't expect the government to take care of them.  This is a privilege (not a right) that they are rioting about.

You are partially right up to this point. The fact is, all these "austerity measures" exist because of massive bailouts to criminal banksters. The public is paying the price for the corporate welfare of the elite.

Left or Right is irrelevant. Both march to the tune of the same drummer who cares not for either.

Some parting thoughts for this thread-

a) Jag is a complete moron who I suspect is the offspring of two baboons that were siblings
b) System or no system, large scale entitlements are clear evidence of complacent populous with a clear lack of self sufficiency. Rioting over the execution of those seeking fundamental freedoms and basic human rights= understandable. Rioting because now you are going to be forced to wipe your own ass= Pathetic--<> And BTW while we are on the topic, this is a mess of the "systems" own making. Expecting to have your completely unsustainable way life last forever while the government expands its utterly useless and wasteful bureaucracy, Patting yourself on the back for absorbing millions of worthless immigrants that do nothing except plot to blow up subway stations and collect checks for not working, Extolling the virtues of hardwork and the common man when the dipshits rioting wouldn't know the common man if he took a dump on their heads, Blaming the bankers, the rich, America, the weather channel and tobacco companies--- anyone and everyone except acknowledging that your own blind tumble into oblivion is the inevitable result of an imaginary (and therefore temporary) way of life-- a system that does not work, cannot work and will never work. Rather than make the system better or change the system, or simply sucking it up and showing some balls- these fucking panzies throw rocks at police officers, destroy public property and throw the country into chaos. And for what? Higher college tuition's-- even the children of the wealthy? OH DEAR LORD WHAT AN INJUSTICE

Does this mean people are going to start posting pics of George Whorewell's kids?
...and posters are going to come out of the woodwork in order to out him as being gay,
..and Whorewell is going to meltdown, leave GetBig, and vow never to return?

Emmortal, ...please don't tease me so.

Unless the stench of your feces drives me from my computer, I am here for an extended vacation.

Big whoop wanna fight about it?
