I can't imagine anyone in the space shuttle using the word alien over the airwaves unless it was for propaganda reasons. Surely they would have their own verbal communication codes for such things. Police force does. Pilots that fly planes do. These guys should be spitting out codes and numbers that most people would have no idea what they mean.

Interasting but little known story, in the very early days of space shuttle missions Nasa aired live video  from the space shuttle.  Many of the old ones showed strange lights moving about, changing directions and you can hear the astronauts commenting about them.  Nasa finally got wise and cut that shit out, only allowing video that had been approved.  Even during the Apollo moon missions some of the astronauts reported that the were being followed by strange lights.  Hmmm.

To Serve Man .... It's a cookbook!

I used to watch the fourth of July marathons of Twilight Zone back in the day. Great show and ahead of its time.

We're just so fascinating that super advanced aliens have made us the focus of their undivided attention.  Man's egotism continues to concoct the most ludicrous scenarios to place his black ass at the center of the universe.

That's probably why they are watching us, if they had a sense of humor they'd be laughing at us.

:D  lol

They won't be benevolent, it would be stupid to think they would be

If they could understand our language, why would it be stupid to think they could be nice. I'm sure a lot less dogs and cats would be killed for food in China if the animals were able to have a conversation with the Chinese.

The Hierarchy is foreshadowing by planting the seed in our heads about advanced aliens taking over the planet. I believe Ronald Reagan even mentioned something in a UN speech one time about how we would all come together if we had to deal/fight with ET's. Just imagine the amount of control the powers that be could have over the planet if "they" were able to project in the skies through some kind of undebunkable hologram a war with Aliens.

Foreshadowing? Strong words he used when he says "perhaps WE NEED"

How many nations have been conquered while being able to communicate with one another, easy answer.... every single nation on this planet and billions have been slaughtered. Thanks for theory but NO THANKS.

If they are supreme beings they may view us like animals, if they have been watching us they know how barbaric and cruel we are, If they are looking for anything on this planet it would be nothing more then our resources; being light years ahead of us in technology we would contribute absolutely nothing to them.

As long as they are peaceful, then why not accept and try to learn from them?

Hard to say really..

I think that before we are capable of embracing new beings, we would need to first try to preserve fellow humans from different races, countries, faith and preference.

It's like that saying, "Why work so hard to send a machine to Mars in order to explore and possibly find new life, when we should instead stop killing lives here on Earth?".

"No prophet is well-received in his own land."

But let him/her/it come from somewhere else and for a while things are all pink and peachy.

Would our ancient ancestors that prophetized Dec, 21 2012 be happy with us?
« Reply #96 on: October 01, 2012, 07:23:05 PM »
17 cultures throughout the world have prophetized this date.

What would they think if us, would they be proud? Overall as a planet I think they would be very disappointed.

Good luck brothers and sisters.
