No. I'm pissed because I could've spent money on drugs instead of Nitro-Tech hardcore! They mislead me.  :(

I like how this sport works. Everyone has to be hush hush about the steroids, so the "athletes" are basicly blackmailed into selling the sponsors bogus overpriced snake oil. In return they get better connections that supply them with more steroids. Hahahah!!  :D

Chick compared supplement ads such as this Muscletech one to Axe ads where a geeky guy wearing that cologne makes hot chicks horny.  In other words, they're not supposed to be taken seriously and the ads are just for comedic effect.  That's still your analogy and rationale, Chick?

Chick is just a sellout to the bodybuilding industry.

He says shit to make the industry look good, look more respectable, because that's his meal ticket.

He himself probably knows it's bullshit. But he's getting paid to be a steroid man so he's just doing it.

But then they are in good company, given that Kelloggs advertises its sugary cereals to be helping drop a jeans size...

And this is why I don't buy the magazines anymore. If only I wasn't so naive 15 years ago when I was starting out training I would have saved myself a lot of time and money  :-\

They can be taken seriously, depending on the severity of the ad, and if it's trying to be over the top funny...that said...you also have to use common sense, which is where most people fail miserably.

Supplements are just that....they are a SUPPLEMENT to the many other factors involved in attaining your goals. If anyone thinks that any one supp is going to work magic without any attention to these factors, then they deserve what they get.

MuscleTech ads are 1,275% more misleading than the other misleading ads.

Where's the attractiveness in simply saying "we are a supplement to your protein and carbohydrate sources. If you ingest enough of our product, along with a balanced diet and exercise, you will increase your chances of gaining muscle size and strength."

All I know, is that  the Cell-tech made me piss like a racehorse, all from 8 oz---
shit didn't do anything...and the Nitro-tech, should have been called Methane-Tech, because it gave you gas like mofo...you could power out of deep set of squats with that shit...jetback style...

yeah, because the teens they are marketing to use common sense...

NO they want to get big and they buy shit like MusceTech supps thinking they will because a pro bodybuilder like Phil Heath is endorsing their shit and saying that is what he uses...lets remove the MT supps from Phil's diet and see if there is ANY difference in his physique, then lets remove his anabolics and add back the crappy MT supps and see what happens....
