Considering I never used gh or insulin to turn pro...I guess that only leaves BSN supplements in your little senario...and in the words of my good friend Meatloaf, 2 out of 3 aint bad!
Being that BSN wasnt really around when I was trying for a pro card, I would have to say it's a non issue...
As for what supps I reccomend to anyone trying for thier own pro card...I would say use whatever you think works for you.
I think with the proper guidance, nutrient timing, supplements, workout routine, sleep/rest and stress free lifestyle, one could achieve Mr. Olympia status in about 6 months.
