One things about Milos' rants - that is only one side of the story - his side - his writing, his feelings and obviously, he is feeling like he was cheated, jolted, etc.   We do not know the other side of the story, and there have been many stories on Milos' dark side too.  So I don't judge, and many of you should not either.
 

Come on guys - she wasnt dating Lonnie before she met Milos.  When LT was an emcee at the Arnold, she did go with him to the banquet, but as a guest - nothing happened. Get over it.  Lonnie was in and off and on relationship at that time (I think like 12-15 years ago) with someone back in California where he lived.

No, he isn't gay. We have been friends for a long time - definately not gay. I know Elsa, his girl, and his admiration of a good physique.   As for a picture of Silvio Samuel, come on guys. This is completely out of context.  LT is definately not racist, and this was not the comment that Tonya Knight and him talked about.  If you knew Tonya Knight and how she talked about things then, about Shawn and more...  but not sure why she even would make this comment 20 years later. I got to agree with VInce Basile regarding the 'truths" as posted on these GetBig Boards.

It seems that the majority of these "truths" are simply wishful thinking or sexual fantasies or rumors that lose the 'truth' during the retelling process

And some of us GetBiggers (include me out) strive to tell inaccurate stories in an attempt to look as if we were "insiders" within the world of bodybuilding. Stories that they never personally witnessed or were a part of.

I'd like to write a movie script based on some of these adverse ideas regarding those who lift heavy things as most of us GetBiggers see it or assume it to be. Kind of like an interview about the 'game' with those who hate it so damn much,

It would be interesting to put a face on the haters and show them on the movie screen as they state their hatred and accusations.

I have a strong feeling that those haters and accusers would be out of shape individuals who have somewhat of a jealous streak.

And then again - some of the shit reported on these boards is 100%  accurate.

You just got to know enough to consider the source.

Roy is being a real gentleman and a true ambassador of the sport of bodybuilding.  He is not taking sides since both members are participants of the business.  Bodybuilding combined with raising a family, running a home and business causes undue stress which
 can effect someones personal health.  To label someone "crazy" or a "golddigger" is just outright ludacris. And remember this is just like a pancake-there are two sides.
