Personally i think it's really too much for people that are not competing on a higher level.

I think you would do fine without the slin.

Too much risk for some muscles.

I'm one of the few here that thinks Groink is natural. He's disclosed a lot of stuff about his life, including rec drug use and it's not like he's playing the Guru angle all the time or an attention whore who posts his pics every chance he gets, so what's the point in lying about his status when it comes up 2 or 3 times a year? Nor does he compete or preach like some of our resident jokes, which means he's not getting anything out of it.

What is a fact is that the majority of the guys who are dissing him are small and not natural themselves, which means they don't know shit about what you can do naturally, let alone with genetics like Groink's.

it's possible that he looks deceivingly big in those pics. A combination of massive pump / good angle / distance / etc probably adds up and gives the illusion of a physique that is much larger than it really is.

Not to take away from his size though, he probably is a big fella. but maybe not steroid big...
