Hey what's up you guys! Well I just started working out hard again after a year or so, and I got a hold of some gear.

I'm 5'9 24yr old. 210lbs 22% bf this is my first cycle

500mg/ sustanon a week

600mg/ EQ a week
Both for 12weeks
Then  nolva/clomid for pct

What do you guys think? Also was wondering if the EQ will help my drop my BF with good diet and card??

Sounds like a nice stright forward combo (not that I would know) I've been hearing a lot of negative stuff about clomid, not sure why its falling out of favor for some

eq wont help you loose any bodyfat, add eca or clenbuterol  along with a little cardio and good diet, should do the trick....

Yea I've heard good things of this cycle, just wondering if my BF would be a factor on doing this as my first cycle.

How much clen would be good for 12 weeks? And how much a week?

Yea but I've heard that if you do 500mg of EQ or less you'd hardly see any difference in results and I don't wanna go that high on my test. But yea I might just run the eq to 16wks

dude if your going to run EQ you should run it for at least 16 weeks , and 500/500  or  600/500   instead of  500/600 ,,,

I agree with that 16 weeks...nothing wrong with having eq slightly higher than test though, i do it that way all the time.

Bro before you touch any steroids you should get you bodyfat down to around 12 percent..the more bodyfat you have the more likely you'll get estrogen related side effects

Bro, can you elaborate this please. I'm not fat at all and I have never have Gyno and I have always wondering why I don't get any Gyno if my Gear are legit. Now I understand better so thank you.

22 percent bodyfat is high for a male at age 24...you can a higher risk for estrogen sides or estrogen rebound...get ur bodyfat down with good diet and training first

dont run it ,   try 4-5 uis of hgh instead and dont eat pure crap all day


he's a rank beginner, dont think he'l be shelling out on growth....

if he wants his bodyfat down a little fat burner along with a standard cycle will do just fine, eca or clen...

perhaps just one of those compounds alone with cardio to get the blubber off

EQ makes many guys eat like a horse  Grin so it won't help you loose fat, unless you have some serious self-discipline, (which people today don't usually have). Test/eq is a fine combo, esp. if you have your hemoglobin checked few times on cycle and take one baby aspirin per day.

PS. there's nothing wrong with clomid...

add folic acid to your diet, and this wont happen.......i always used eq for contest prep...
