Now this could be a good challenge. Falcon high reps/sets and high cals vs dj181 low cals and HIT principles if it dont go down its all good they both will survive. Both good dudes.

Well man, I'm basically thinking a midsection comparison. Not who has the best midsection, but who is the leanest dude. If you agree, then I will take front and back shots of my midsection and post them so that others can get an accurate assesment of my bf %, and of course, you would do the same.

Actually, there are alot of black motorcycle enthusiasts---the sports bikes, not the choppers...and they take that imess seriously..I have friends that have been trying to get me to get a bike...i told them I have a BMX

for me personally i know i will be get ripped if i do a total of 500 reps just by doing squats/lunges and pushups, no need for any other exercise latley ive been getting near 200 but i think soon ill be doing 500 a day

Mr. Falcon, as I said on Alex's forum, you are invited to stay at my place in Rodanthe. The grocery is stocked with EVO and you could sit oceanfront sipping on it. I'll be down there in April and August and their are some spicy life guards and yoga girls on the beach. I think you could show them your JTW which could help them perform better. What say you?

They just repelled the helmut law so its not official....some places actually close during black bike week so they don't have to deal....strippers hate that week cuz the brothers hang out all night but don't spend any cash.
