that was only my weight when i agreed to compete with josh, much later.

perhaps you don't know this but the human body tends to store water when a few things happen.

1. when alcohol is consumed for a few days - the duretic effect is compensated for by holding more water.
2. when it is very hot - the effect of sweating is compensated for by holding more water
3. when activity levels are much higher than normal - sweating and also buring glycogen releases water - the body stores more to compensate.

i meet all of these points. that's why the weight gain is so high, by sunday it will be drastically lower.

have you not experienced this stuff when you take your hrt tablets ?

I'm not sure how much this applies here, but when I was competing in bench press competitions I would make weight within a 12 hour period by losing 10 pounds by taking a laxitive the night before and the morning of the weigh-in and I would lose 10 pounds by doing this while not eating or drinking anything, and then after the weigh-in I would gain back the 10 pounds lost plus another 5 pounds on top of that, and this weight gain would occur in less than 1 day.
