BigL, I agree to a point, most do need a kick in the ass every blue moon, BUT, IMO, I honestly think FP lacks discipline. No offense Panda, I been where you have been. I didn't have a contest, or a dare or anything. I was the motivation. Albeit, I do WANT you to succeed with your goals, I still believe your diet sucks is all.

josh was a contest until he accused me of using steroids, and threatened to slit my throat. i then terminated any deal.

as for the rest - people are talking shit to me who claim i know nothing because i'm not in good shape. i pointed out they have never posted a pic, when you ask for one they all claim their camera is broke, don't care blah blah.

i further pointed out that i am certainly correct, so correct i am willing to prove it ( as i have been), if those shit talkers have any morals they will leave as i said i will if i fail.

i was up at 280 when i started back last year. so it was 60lbs i lost up till xmas, then put on some, now the rest is coming off.

So, lets give you the benefit of the doubt, lets indulge your "I started back last year" canard.
 
Lets assume by "last year" you weighed 280lbs on the date of Jan 1st 2010.
